Salem Music Network - Access Request Form

To obtain a password for the Affiliate Services section, please submit the following information:

Your Real Name:
Call Letters:
Your email address:	(Confirmation of your account will be mailed to this address, so be sure to type it correctly!)
Your position at the station:
The username you would like:	Your username must consist of 4 to 8 letters (lower-case only) (no spaces)
The password you would like:	Again for confirmation: Your password must consist of any combination of 5 to 8 of the following characters: 0-9, a-z, A-Z, ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & ( ) (no spaces)

Please do not request common English words (including reversed English words) or words closely associated with your station for your password.

Since passwords closely associated with your station would be too easy to guess, they will be rejected.

We will verify all requests for authenticity.

A response will be e-mailed back to you (typically within 2-3 days at most) with confirmation of your assigned username and password.

There will be only one person at the station who may request the call letters as a username. This will generally be reserved for the GM or equivalent.

From our standpoint, all personnel at each station may use a single username/password combination requested by the GM. Or, each person may request their own username and password combination, so long as employment at the station is verifiable.
