The plots were taken on the same antenna as used for the previous plots. It has not been peaked since several months before the DVB frequency move on 3-1-2000.
The feed is a two-port, and the other port has an LNB installed for checking cross-polarization. (This can help achieve a good null- see below.)
The dish has a Chapparal feedhorn, and has a "Gold Ring" adapter to properly illuminate the antenna based on the f/d ratio of the dish used (per instructions included with the feedhorn).
There is a cable run of approximately 225 ft of RG11 into the building to a surge arrestor, then about 35 ft. of RG6 to a 20dB line amp that connects to a 2-way splitter that also supplies DC back to the LNB and line amp. The 2.8 m plots were taken at the splitter.
Note: You may notice some uneven "rounding" of the tops of the signals on the 2.8 plots. This is not representative of the actual carrier on the satellite, but is likely some frequency-specific attenuation in either the line or the splitter. The 4.6 m plot below gives a more accurate picture of the carrier.
While nulling out the interference, instead of only looking at DVB frequency area, it is best to find the strongest carrier on the opposite polarity and then make sure it is nulled out as best can be achieved. This will help prevent crosspolling only to find out later that the signal that was minimized happened to be at a low level and the nulling results are void.
The LNB is the stock Wegener-provided model.

The first plot is the DVB carrier and surrounding
signals. This has notes with labels on the nearby services on the same transponder.
